Recipe: Boiled eggs

Eggs are mostly part of my daily breakfast or brunch. I eat eggs with almost everything and if I have no time to cook I crack 2 eggs in a glass to eat them raw. So yes I can handle eggs but they have to almost be cooked. I like them in all versions: poached, baked, boiled, scramble, sunny side up and raw. Now I learned that here in Vienna they like it soft boiled eggs. To be honest, they are not my type, I cannot get enough of them and they are ordered in just one! Come on, I have a hard time opening and then I finish it in 30 seconds with the hardship of spooning my little tea spoon inside the skin. So yes, I would prefer the hard boiled eggs because of practical reasons.


Bread option can be healthier, your choice!
