Recipe: Chia pudding with fruits

For those who love a healthy morning breakfast and a fast and easy recipe, chia pudding is the one for you. It is tasty, filling, healthy and quick to prepare. This superfood ingredient combine with berries which are packed with antioxidants and fiber, and/or with apple which is also packed with fiber and vitamin C and bananas which have potassium and magnesium, this recipe will do good to your belly and body.


3 Tsp chia seeds

1 cup almond milk

1 Tsp raw honey

1 tsp cinnamon

1 cup of mixed fruits

Mix chia with milk. Add honey & cinnamon. Stir 10mins. Add your favorite fruits, it could be apple, blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, bananas.

Breakfast never has been that simple.
