Recipe: Morning Detox Tonic

If you haven’t heard of this magic tonic then it is time, if you have, but haven’t tried the recipe, then it is time! Every morning we wake up and clean up our bladder, our digestive system, our teeth but we might not help to detox our system from the night before. This morning detox tonic is super simple and I recommend it a lot. I started this ritual years ago and it has worked for me.


250 ml filtered water
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar (with *mother) Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. raw honey
Pinch cayenne pepper or slice of ginger


Combine all ingredients in a jar and combine well with a spoon and drink.
