Recipe: Vegan Acai Bowl

The reason why acai berries have been so trendy between the healthy foodies is because there are some researches about the great benefits the acai berries do to your body. According to the Natural Standards Research Collaboration (NSRC) Acai berries have the highest antioxidants up to date. That means a frozen acai pulp bag is the best antioxidant because of the high level of concentration.

Another research says that acai improves range of motion and reduces pain after consuming it daily. When the acai is regulated, natural and organic will give you the benefits.

2 Tsp. Acai powder

Ice cubes

11/2 Banana

1 Handful blueberries

1/2 Cup almond milk

1 Kiwi


Throw the banana, ice cubes, almond milk, blueberries and the acai powder, mix in low speed to make a creamy consistence.

Decor with kiwis and banana, if you have in your kitchen chia seeds, goji berries, bee pollen and/or coconut flakes, you can add them as well.

If you are in a low carb diet, keep it clean, if not you can add some agave, or dates to the mix.
