Summer makes me think of fresh water, fresh fruits, cooling food and protein superfoods bowls.
Because I enjoy better and I do not feel like I am gulping down my food I prefer my smoothies on a bowl, and since it has become a trendy I could not resist to write a lovely and superfood recipe for this summer.
Enjoy this instant summer protein superfood bowl!
RECIPE:
2 frozen bananas
1 Tsp Hemp seeds protein powder
1 Tsp Maca powder
250ml fresh pressed orange juice
3/4 oats flakes
Mix everything with your favorite vitamix
Garnish with your favorite fruits and Superfoods. I used one kiwi, a self made superfood mix of organic goji berries, cashew nuts, mulberries, blueberries, chia seeds and a touch of mint.
