KNOW AND OBSERVE

Give yourself time to observe how your body behaves by moving in all directions. Is your body moving with tightness by bending or extending,  or rotating.

Do you know all the ways your hips can bend, extend, get your legs close or far to the center of your body?

Think of the possibilities of movement your body has, specially in your hips and spine.

How your spine can bend,  expand, rotate, start to know there are some places where you can move more than others and what exactly means for your body functionality in relation wit the areas you want to improve.

Observe where you find your limitations that day. Take note so you can start taking action.

FIND A PROFESSIONAL

Look for an expert and professional to assess you, so both together can identify what you need to pay attention and work on.

FIND A METHOD AND STICK WITH IT

As soon as you decide which training system or method you will implement, continue to observe and take note in how your body is responding to this method or system. Give it time and keep consistent so you can later adjust your progression.
